Heavily Soiled Interior Flagstone
This flagstone in a Scottsdale, Arizona home had heavy soiling. Regular sweeping and mopping were no longer effective for improving the appearance of the floor, because the dirt and grime had become deeply embedded in the textured surface and porous grout lines.
Our Flagstone Cleaning Process
This interior flagstone required a more delicate approach than exterior flagstone. We thoroughly vacuumed the floor to remove any loose debris and then saturated the floor with professional strength, pH-neutral cleaner. After allowing ample dwell time to soften the contaminants, we scrubbed the floor using deck brushes for the main, open areas and hand brushes to clean in the corners, along the baseboards, and other hard-to-reach areas, as needed. We rinsed and flushed the floor to completely remove any residue from the cleaning solution, leaving the floors fresh, clean, and sanitized.
The homeowners were very satisfied with the dramatic results we were able to achieve.
